A VOLUNTEER HOSPITAL.
DEPARTED FOR EGYPT. The Volunteer Hospital personnel, organised by Miss Mac Donald, of Wanganui, left for the Mediterranean in the Manuka on Kiday. Some time ago Miss Mac Donald offered to provide staff and equipment for a convalescent home in Egypt, and this offer was accepted. The home will contain twenty-five beds, and be situated at Suez. The party comprised eight ladies, three of them trained nurses, and they are going at their own expense. The Government i 3 providing the house and catering. The personnel is as follows: Sister Early (of the New Zealand Army Nursing Service), Nurse K. Booth (also in the Army Nursing Service), Nurse N. L. Hughes, Misses Nina McDonald, Ruth Cameron, L. McLaren, Mysie, McDonnell, and Eliza McDonnell. QuartermasterSergeant G. H. Sleight accompanies the party,
