BRITISH CONSUL ATACKED. GERMANS SPREADING DISAFFECTION. Teheran, Sept. U. Mr. Graham, the British ConsulGeneral, has been wounded and an Indian trooper killed in the outskirts of Ispahan. The outrage is attributed to Germans bribing disaffected Persians.
