FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Wellington, Last Night. Following is Mr. Bates' weather forecast:— Present indications are for changeable weather, generally squally and showery in parts, especially in the western districts and in the soutSern portion of the South Island; moderate to strong westerly winds are probable, veering to increasing northerlies; the barometer falling again shortly in tho south.
