AN EXCESS OF GOVERNORS. ONE GERMAN AND ONE AUSTRIAN. . Received Sept. 5, 3.30 p.m. Copenhagen, Sept. 4. Despite Germany's appointing a governor of Poland after the fall of Warsaw, obviouely without Austria's , consent, Austria has now nominated General von Diller as governor of the whole of the Polish territory she conquered. The duttes of the two governors overlap in some districts.
