Officials found six waggons full of explosives and poison gas materials, disguised as surgical lint. The whole was conliscated. MORE DOUBLE DEALING. BULGARIA THE TOOL. Received Sept. 5, 3.30 p.m. Paris, Sept. 4. The Eflho de Paris says tihat M. Malinoff, chief of the Bulgarian democratic party, in an interview at Salonika, stated that Germany and Austria, while proposing to Bulgaria the partition of Serbia, simultaneously offered to Roumania tho dismemberment of Bulgaria.
