Mr. Gibson suggested that the resolution relating to the chairman being 1 paid £lO be altered to £li, which was ' carried. Resolution No. 3 was carried without - amendment. The directors met eight butter and dices;: represenatives at the hotel in the ■ evening, but owing to open consignment • being tiie only alternative, it was de- - cided lo deal with the matter at a later i date. , ' Tuesday's tea was prepared by all - young matrons, Mesdames X.
