At the. inquest on the body of Dr. Batchelor, whose body was founJ th'a morning, evidence was given by Dr. F. I*. Batchelor that deceased, wlio underwent ,a slight'operation about a fortnight ago, was weak and easily tired, and lrad been a little miserable owing to inabil'ty to do his work as usual. The inquest wai adjourned till Saturday, to enable Dr. Fitchett to make a post mortem examination. victim oiTtram ACCIDENT. Dunedin, Yesterday. A man nariiod Frederick WVling. who resided at Richardson Street, St. Kitda, and who met with a tramway accident five weeks ago, died at the hospital to- , day. Deceased was a married man with a family, and was 08 years of asre. The evidence at the inquest showed that deceased met with the accident whilo alighting from a car, and suffered from concussion, the symptoms indicating fracture of the base of the sku'l. There were also signs of mental deficiency. The inquest wa-s adjourned till Monday fo secure evidence regarding the accident
