ANOTHER AUSTRIAN CRIME. RED CROSS HOSPITAL SHELLED AND CHILDREN KILLED. Received Sept. i, 1 a.m. London, Sept. I. Hie Daily News' Rome correspondent says that the Austrian.?, after quitting the town, shelled Pic-vo, sparing, in the first instance, flip prominent hospital under their Red Cross fifit;-, which contained ISO old women and children. Later on they bombarded the hospital with explosive shells, and when it was partly destroyed they used shrapnel to prevent the inmates from escaping. Italian soldiers, with great gallantry, rescued thirty children, but the remainder of inmates were either incinerated or buried in the ruins.
