"Now I will fight any German or any man my own size," dedlared a somewhat excited man in Devon street on Monday night, and to prepare to meet anyone who might accept his challenge he removed his coat and ha.t. A crowd collected, and while no one appeared disposed to allow the man to prove his pugilistic powers, Constable Brown came along ami rebuked the voluble patriot for desiring to kill Germans in Devon street.
