CONSULS ATTACKED. RUSSO-BRITISH FORCE SUFFERS LOSS. Received August 29, 2.5 p.m. Petrognul, August 28. The German consul at Tabriz, with an armed band, waylaid the Russian and British consuls and tlicir escorts at Kangavar, A fight ensued, in which the Russo-Britiah band suffered losses. Persian troops have been despatched.
