BOMBING SAARLOUIS. Received August 27, 5.5 p.m. Amsterdam, August 20. A German communique slates that two hostile air squadrons bombed the valley above and below Saarlouis. Several people were killed and wounded, but the material damage was unimportant. The squadrons were successfully attacked by our airmen, and lost four mnchines. The pilot and observer in one instance were killed, and the occupants of another were taken prisoner. (Saarlouis is a Prussian manufacturing town of 1000 inhabitants, on the river Saar, 30 milei south-cast of Treves There arc coalmines in the vicinity.)
