FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Piess Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly winds over the North Island, and increasing northerlies and westerlies elsewhere. Expect fair to cloudy weather-generally, but changeable conditions in the- north, and increasing cloud and haziness; with rain following, on the AVest Coast and southern districts for a westerly disturbance, likely io pass in the south in the early part of the week.
