FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Piesa Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly winds generally. Weather unsettled and showery, but probably improving shortly northward of East C'apc and Kawliia, and about Foveaux Strait. Expect fair to cloudy weather generally. The .barometer is unsteady with a rising tendency.
