Binns, who died on Friday lwt from injuries received by being run ov»r by a motor car, was held to-day. After hearing the evidence, the coroner returned a verdict "That deceased was killed by being knocked down and run over by a motor car, driven by tine, Pearco Power," At a subsequent sitting of the Magistrate's Court Pearce Power was formally charged with manslaughter.
