ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES. CIIRISTCHURCH MOTOR FATAUTY. Christchureh, Last Night. The adjourned' inquest into the circumstances surrounding the death ofJMr. F. C. Binns, who died on Friday lwt from injuries received by being run ov»r by a motor car, was held to-day. After hearing the evidence, the coroner returned a verdict "That deceased was killed by being knocked down and run over by a motor car, driven by tine, Pearco Power," At a subsequent sitting of the Magistrate's Court Pearce Power was formally charged with manslaughter. Accused pleaded not guilty, and a remand was granted for one week, bftil being allowed ' ' ' •
