Tlio first pair will be slipped at 1 p.m. The first round has been drawn as follows:—Blen v. Conncmara; Sandxy v. Silver Star; Miss Waireki v. Black Chief; Polar Star 11. v. Silver Boll; Muscot v. Stockings; Blua Cloud v. Bed Lancer; Daylight Star v. Tiger; Shippers Daughter v. St. Kauri.
