. FORTIFYING ADRIANOPLE. Receved August 17, 11.40 p.m. Paris, August 17. Le Temps says that the Turks arc establishing new breastworks before Adrianople, and extending the outer line of defence southward, inasmuch as it' was there alona that the Bulgarians were previously able to bombard the city. New guns have been mounted on conereto platforms between the forts surrounding the city.
