A SLOW CAMPAIGN. ITALIAN OFFICIAL REPORT, Received August 16, 10.4 p.m. Rome, August 16. Official: In the Valley of Adige the enemy's armored trains attempted to raid the railway station at Serra Vale, but were easily repulsed. An enemy attack in force against the recently lost positions at Papena Valley was repulsed with heavy losses. Our infantry in Sexten Valley reached the slopes of Heikofel and Crodarossi, and our infantry also appreciably progressed in Plemizo basin and in the Monte Nero zone. The Pope has offered to send twelve Italian Capuchins to the concentration camps in Austria, as Italian prisoners refuse to confess to Austrian priests, whom they believe to be spies,
