He despatched a similar warning to South American diplomats. There is a plan for the voluntary elimination of the factional Mexican leaders. Carranza, is conceited, ambitious, unsmrpulous and determined to resist. There is reason to suspect (lerman intrigue and gold is freely used to stiffen him.
