ARBITRATION COURT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Blenheim, • Last Night. The Arbitration Court sat at Henhum to-day. The .Marlborough Farm and Station .Employees asked f»r kn award with the Sheep-owners Union and others. After considerable discussion the President announced that the case would be adjourned sine die, and not to be set down again without leave of tbo Court. His Honor thought that the employers' ca--- would not he prejudiced by the adjournment.

1,. Thorne was allowed damages ol J.. 120 and costs and disbursement*, against the Marlborough A. and P. Association ,as compensation for injuries sustained in an accident on the shoM ground in November, 1911, when he lost an arm.
