NEW OVERTURES. (iERMANY'S MODEST DEMANDS. Re.eived August 13, 12.50 a.m. London, August 12. Novoe Yremya declares that the peace terms suggested by Germany included the restoration of all territory the Allies have occupied and the opening of the Dardanelles, while all Germany asked was a free hand in Egypt «ml against Russia's allie?.
