The company owes the Bank of New Zealand £28,511 17s Bd, and has borrowed in addition £22,SISC 12s Id, or a total liability under these two headings of £sl, 498 9s 9d. Against this, however, stpcks of meats, already sold to the Government, chemical manures, etc., represent £55,668 is 7d. The company, thanks to the big demand for meat, lias gone ahead splendidly, and its success shows what cooperation among the producers can accomplish,
