SERVIA THREATENED. A GERMAN MOVE FEARED. Received August 10, 8.40 p.m. Rome, August 10. A Salonika message reports that tlie Austro-Germans are concentrating a new army on the Servian frontier. It Is estimated that one hundred thousand men arc already massed neor Orsowa. Fear is entertained that tlie Germans are planning to traverse Servia and Bulgaria to relieve tlie Turks.
ROUMANIA. BIG MILITARY LOAN APPROVED. Received August 10, 10.40 p.m. London, August 10. Le Petit Parisien states that the Roumanian Cabinet lias approved of an extraordinary credit of four million «(erliitg for military purposes. 'Hie Roumanian Minister has been called home for consultation.
