MAGISTERIAL IXQUWIY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. The magisterial inquiry into the circumstances connected with the striking of the steamier Oorinna on Barrett's Reef, when leaving Wellington Harbor on the night of August 5, opened before Mr. Cooper, 831.. and Captains G. The Court found that, had Captain Cameron exercised sufficient care, the niislin.p would not iiaye occurred, a,nd suspended hia certificate for three nioiiths. Costs, £5 ss, were allowed.
