AXXUAL MEETING. ' The twentieth annual meeting of tin Tikorangi Dairy Compatiy was held at the Tilcorangi Hall oil Tuesday afternoon, when Mr. D. Alexander, chairman of directors, presided over an attendance of about thirty suppliers. ANNUAL REPORT. In moving the adoption of the annual report, which lias already been published, the chairman stated that Hit! average price received for export butter ivas per lb, and for butter sold for local consumption 13.0 dex store. This, he thought, must be considered a reasonable price, despite tile prevalent opinion that 'butter had been sold at exorbitant prices. The expenses were the same as last year—namely, .SSd per lb. Mr. Faull seconded the motion, wliich was unanimously carried without any discussion. ELECTION OiF DIRECTORS. Messrs. -J. Whitehead and G. E. Wills, the retiring directors, were returned unopposed. Mr. W. E. Percival was re-elected auditor at the same fee as last year. On the motion of Messrs A. Corney and Allen, the chairman was voted an honorarium of £lO 10s. V GENERAL.

On the motion of Messrs. Faull and A. C'orney, a hearty vote of thanks was passed to the directors, the secretary (Mr. ■•[. lline. jun.). the manager (Mr. W. Simpson) and the staff. CHAIRMAN" OF DIRECTORS.
