THE OORINNA DELAYED. ! . Wellinglon. Yesterday. The Union Company's carso steamer Oorinna, 1271 tons, left AVellington at 10.45 last night, for Xew Plymouth, ami returned to port to 1.15 this morning. Apparently, she touched P.arrett's Reef at the AS'ellington entrance.
The Oorinna came round from Evans's Bay this morning, and is now discharging cargo at the Glasgow AVharf. She will go on the patent slip to .ascertain the extent of the damage. Water is being pumped out of the forehold. The local oflioe of the Union Company has been advised that the Oorinna will not -sail for New Plymouth for some davs.
