TL 'Nome, the newly-appointed Presbyterian Missionary to Whangamomona,' will commence services to-morrow morning at Te Wera, afternoon at Polioknra. and evening nt Whangamoinona. The Mission Station headquarters will he at Wliangainomona, where the missionary and his family will reside. At the East End I'avilion last night, the Central Scouts assembled to farewell Assistant Scoutmaster Keith Milne, who joins the reinforcements next Tunsday. On behalf of the troop, Scoutmaster .1. B. Arms presented the assistant scoutmaster with a wristlet watch, wishing him success ~nd a safe return. Later in the evening Scoutmaster I'la'vcll (Te Heiiui), on behalf of the. district scouts, presented the assistant scoutmaster with a fountain pen and eulogised his services. A sumptuous supper .presided over by District Commander A. Milne, was then partaken of. Amongst those present were Inspector Deare and Scoutmaster List (St. Mary'si. Major SamUoi'd was unavoidably' unable to be present.
