"That this Chamber suggests that the Bankruptcy Act be amended in the direction of giving greater powers to creditors in the realisation of assets." A scheme was suggested by which the idea of the motion could be given effect to, and a strong point was made of provision being made for expert assistance to creditors in the'liquidation of assets.
