Time.,' Pctroprad correspondent says that the Duma proceedings indicate that, despite their trials, the Russians face the future unwaveringly. There was much animation in the lobbies, numerous members who had visited the front speaking confidently of the future. The question is repeatedly heard: "How soon can our allies resume the general offensive?" All are confident that it will not be delayed ft moment longer than necessary. THE BALTIC.
