TO-Mortp.o\rs meet. Thfl Hunt ClnV* race mooting is past and gone. It was a most enjoyable ami sn'ccessful function, and many there are who still retain very pleasant memovies of it. The hunt followers and their manv friends, however, have quite forgotten the rare in their anticipation of Mr. S>. Toplisss meet at AVaihi tomorrow. Tho-e who have had the pleasure of atondin.tr this popular annual fixture in the past are not likely to miss it this vear. The cordial welcome and hospitality of -Mr. and -Mrs. Topliss. sen., and their sons, is proverbial. The hi?; fences in the vicinity referred to have been - specially prepared with >.pat's and forth in order to make ilu: jumping sai'e for horses and riders. The Weather t-onlinnes «umiy and inviting. the roads and Holds are absolutely dry; so .straight-«oeis and spectators alike are assured of a splendid day out with the, hounds. Mr. Topliss has extended an invitation la all lovers of the hunt and their friends, and it is hoped and expected that a record number c.f townfolk will respond by their presence at Waihi tomorrow afternoon.
