As a result of the agreement, Bulgarian agenu wc replacing Turks on that portion of the railway from Dedeagatah to PWlippopoli. PRESSURE ON ROUMAXIA. Bucharest, August 1. Roum&nia has insufficient waggons to convey her cereals and applied to Germany to supply the deficiency. Germany is creating difficulties and seeking to force Romnania, hoping to obtain the transmission of munitions to 'Turkey, but Roumania refuses to yield.
