IN THE BLACK SEA, MANY ENEMY CRAFT SUNK, Received August 3, 10 p.m. Pctrograd, August 3. Official: Torpedoers in the Black Sea ignited a coal depot, and sank ten coal-laden vessels. They have also destroyed two hundred coal sailers and three shipyards on the Anatolian coait « NEAR ASIA MINOR. ACTIVITY OF BRITISH SMALL CRAFT. BOMBARDING THE COAST. Received August 3, 5.5 p.m. London, August 2. The Vicc-Admiral in the eastern Mediterranean reports that a British submarine in the Sea of Marmora torpedoed a steamer of three thousand tons off Mudania pier, to which several sailing vessels were secured. The explosion was very heavy. The submarine also torpedoed a small steamer close to KaraIjogha Bay. Constantinople reports that a gunboat was torpedoed, and possibly this refers to the same incident.

The Admiralty announces that British submarines sank a German destroyer ofi the German coast on July 28, X/ondon, Aug, 2. The Admiralty states that the German destroyer which was sunk belongs to the GI9G class. NEW GERMAN CRUISER. Amsterdam, August 2.
