MORE GERMAN TYRANNY. ARRESTS AT ROUBAIX. Paris, August 1. Official.—The arrests at Routaix were due to a refusal to. pay ail indemnity of 150,000 francs, imposed as a penalty for the bombardment of the Ciurman consulate at Alexandretta, also the refusal to work. One hundred and thirty have been interned at the prison camp at lCustrow, Mecklenburg. The French Government informs the civilised Governments of thifs new and odious violation of international law, and threatens reprisals unless the prisoners are immediately released. FRENCH OFFICIAL REPORT. ' *" ' Paris, August 1. A communique states: The enemy in the night unsuccessfully attacked us at Sehratz, Menelle, and Reichackerkopf, and sustained very considerable loss.
