FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Xiglit. Forecast:—Pres nt indications are for moderate to strong easterly winds, changing to northerly northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and freshening northerlies elsewhere. Increasing ha/.e and cloudiness is probable generally, with rain following on the west coast and southernmost districts of the Soiilli Islands. Conditions are also somewhat threatening in the northern portion of the North Island. The barometer has a falling tendency.
