ANNUAL RETORT. The twentieth annual report of tlio Moa Farmers Co-operative Dairy Co., to be presented to the shareholders ut n meeting, to be held in the Parish . Hull, luglewood, on Saturday, August 7, states that the amount of milk received during the year wan 111,042,65515, t producing (i32,3tf7.5H11) of buttorfat, the iimount of eream received being 498,- ; 2.->!h, producing 1f13.f170.44ib of buttcrfat, while the <|i\antity of butter manufactured was 432 tons 7cwt, 211b,'the over-run being 17.2 per cent., and the average test 3.04. It is proposed to pay ii liiinus of one penny' per lb on the lint (erl'at. absorbing £3040 10s Bd, leafing £22 2s 2d to he carried forward. Suppliers will then have received 13.73 d per ill of butterfat for the year. All tha seven directors retire under article 7S, ami are eligible for re-election, but Messrs Jones, Kgarr, and Williams do not seek re-election. Mr. M. llop3on again offers his services as auditor. • The balance-sheet shows a surplus of assets over liabilities of £3074 7s Id. The store account shown a credit balance of £ll 14s 3d, and the profit and hm ueeiiunt a surplus of £3OOI !R
