OTAKI RESUMES VOYAGE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright./ ' Durban, July, 23. The Otuki, which was standing, sy the Bcnalla, has resumed her voyage. ' VESSEL ARRIVED AT DURBAN. Received July 24, 3.55 p.m. London, July 23. The Benalla's hatches on No. 2 l»oW were uncovered; and tho cargo is till afiire, giving off a dense smoke. Thisy are no wflooding the hold. She hasarrived at Durban, all well. A SCENE IX PORT. Received July 25, 3.5 pjn. , Capetown., July 24. Touching scenes were witnessed on the Benalla's arrival at Durban, ■women weeping for joy and men hurrahing. The demonstration ended in sheers for the captain, officers and crew. FIRE EXTINGUISHED. ■
Received July STB.SO pjn. "London, July 24. Lloyd's correspondent at Durban reports that the Benalla's fire is extinguished, and the water Is being pumped out of the ship.
