Souie patients in the racecourse kiosk were not washed for three days. Only inexperienced orderlies attended the' men till June 27, when three nurses arrived. He was informed that patients with high temperatures were given half-cook-ed ground rice for dinner. Witness gavo details as to the delay in notifying his family of his brother's serious condition.
