SUBMARINE WARFARE. THE ZEEBRU'GGE FLEET. London, Julv 21. A submarine torpedoed and sank the Russian steamer General Radetzkv, timber-laden, off the Shetland*. The crew of twenty-two landed at Peterhead. In reply to a question Dr. Muenamara stated that (15 neutral ships had beci. destroyed by German warships and mines up till July 20. In the House of Commons, Commander Rellairs asked for the name of the officer commanding tin; .Oritihii sn!.iiiiiirJiio which sunk tiie battleship Pommern in the Baltic on July 2. Dr. Maenamara said that there was no official report, but gave the name of the commander as Max Horton.
