BULGARIA READY. BUT MUST HAVE MACEDONIA. Received Ju.lv; 20, 8.20 p.m. Sofia, July 20. M. Rodoslavoff, the Premier, in an interview, said that the present situation regarding neutrality cannot exist idefinitcly, but in order to induce Bulgaria to enter into, the war she must have Macedonia, which is Bulgaria's Alsace. The army haß been reconstituted since 1!>13; it is commanded by young and active officers, and is ready for all eventualities.
RUMANIA'S POSITION,
WILL AUSTRIA DECLARE WAR? ! Received July 20, 8.20 p.m. Bucharest, July 20. Emperor Francis Joseph presided at a joint meeting of the Austrian and Hungarian Cabinets at Sehoenbriinn. The meeting deliberated whether to send Rumania an ultimatum or a declaration of war. The Ivaiser still desires to ipacify Rumania, and is offering compensation at Austria's expense.

A Belgrade correspondent describes the extraordinary situation on the Danube and Save rivers, tho opposing forces having observed a truce for practically five months, the. result of mutual arrangements.
