He says our danger has arisen from political mismanagement. He hopes the war will abolish party politics, the greatest curse of any rac* or empire. He pays a tribute to MrChurchill, saying that hi* forced retirement was one,of the greatest mutate* of the war. He deplored the spirit of over-confidence.
