FIRE AT PATEA.
SHIPPING OFFICE GUTTED. ( From Our Own Correspondent.) Patea, Last Night. About 2 o'clock this morning a fire w;is discovered in the South Tai'anaki Shipping Company's office. The building was burned to the ground, but some of the contents wore saved. The insurance Oil the building was e2(M). S 0 far as can be ascertained the origin is a mystery.
