RAILWAY COLLISION.
ACCIDENT OX MAIN TRUNK. ' Wellington, Saturday. It is reported that an accident occurred to the south-bound express from Auckland at Rnurimu at five o'clock with a goods train drawn up at a siding. One of the two engines on the express capsized, also two empty carriages. Information received by tho traffic department states that nobody was injured. Wellington, Saturday Night. At 5 o'clock this morning the emrine of the goods train on the siding at Raurimu station overlapped the main line, and when the Auckland to Wellington cypress dashed in, the leading engine of the two on the express completely overturned. The driver and fireman escaped unhurt through a window, though the fireman was slightly scalded. A .lining-car and hospital-car iu front of the express were telescoped, 'but they had no occupants. No passengers were in jural \t the other cars. The engines of the express and goods trains were damaged. Trains were delayed for four hours.
