FORECAST By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is Mr. 'Bates' weather forecast:— Forecast.—Present indications are. for variable breezes, easterlies, changing to northerlies, northward of Cook Strait, and northerlies prevailing and increasing shortly elsewhere. Fair to cloudv and somewhat milder weather is probable generally, but there is a prospect of an unfavorable change following in the early part of next week. The barometer is likely to fall after about lit hours.
