PERSECUTIONJ3F GREEKS. THOUSANDS IMPRISONED. Received July Hi, 1.30 a.m. Athens, July 15. Turkish persecution of the Greeks is spreading. Over thirty thousand Greeks have been compelled to abandon their belongings, which have been dispersed among Mussulman villagers in the interior. Thousands have been imprisoned on various pretexts, and some have been'accused of revictualling the Allies' submarines.
FORMATION OF LEAGUE . RUMORED. Copenhagen, July 14. Several German newspapers state that a Balkan League has been formed on Bulgaria's initiative.
