PENSIONS BILL PASSED. A OKN KROI.'S ALLOWANCE. (Tinier and Svdney; S;m Services.) Received July 13, 7.'20 p.m. London, July 12. Canada has passed a Bill providing pensions of £!>" 10s yearly for soldier* | totally disabled, with £l3 for each child. It is calculated that in two years this will involve a military pension list of £!KW.OIH> annually. The benefits will only he enjoyable while the recipients remain in Canada. Parliament hopes to arrange souic system of reciprocity respecting those pensions with l!i itain and the other dominions. V,"
