On Tuesday, June 2.0. we held our four-weekly sale of tho We submitted rather more than our usual number of hides and slightly below the average number of skins. Competition was brisk and prices realised can be pronounced good. Wool was only represented by odd lots. Sheepskins showed an advance, most butchers' lines being y 2 d to %d better; wooled skins, dry enough to be sold at per lb, realising 10% d and lid pel' lb, the best price we have ever obtained. Tallow was well represented, and we sold most j of our offering.
