The Riverina arrived from Sydney fct noon. He did not obtain soundings until 10 o'clock on Sunday night, having been cruising about oil the North Cape for two days in thick weather, when the position, as located by the soundings, was thirty miles E.N.E. of Cape M:tri:i.
