V HUNT CLUB RACHB. Qwners and trainers are reminded that nominations' for the North Taranaki Hunt Races close at 9 p.m. to-morrow. Those wishing to obtain gentlemen riders' certificates must apply to the District Committee at once, and members of the Hunt must register their horses' names and their colors with the New Zealand Conference, Christchurch, before they are eligible to start.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchuroh, Last Night. Th« (Board of the New Zealand Trotting Association met to-night. The decision of tlie South Wuii'urapa Trotting Club in an appeal case of A. Leg£ett was considered, and it was decided to call the club's attention to the noncarrying out of rule 82. It was decided that m future any rider of driver being fined for starting before his time would be cautioned and anyobtt fined "twice in one season for such offence would have his conduct inquired into by the hoard.
