All races to be run under the Rules oi \*cw Zealand Trotting. The winner of any race after the declaration of handicaps may be re-handi-capped. No entry will be received for any rate ovept on the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising from the carrying out of this programme, shall he decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint.
