FOREQAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is Mr. Bates's forecast:— (Present indications are for cool and and changeable weather, but unsettled m the west coast and southernmost districts, at times, -with scattered showers; moderate to strong westerly winds, with a southerly tendency, are probable trenerally, hut occasionally squally about Fovcaux Straits. The'barometer has little movement at present.
