London, June 29. ■Lo Matin says that the Bulgarian deputy Kalmcheir, an intimate, friend of the' Bulgarian Premier, has declared that Bulgaria made a mistake in fighting Turkey in 1012, and lias now reverted to a national policy, the hasis of which is friendship with Turkey.
